Microchecking
« Back to Glossary Index
Microchecking is an unreliable and flawed progress-evaluation habit characterized by a user constantly scanning their body for minor, hour-to-hour physical fluctuations. Attempting to judge a passive phototherapy tool based on isolated daily experiences creates severe tracking confusion, as an individual’s immediate physical awareness is constantly skewed by a massive array of shifting external variables.
